Bespoke Treatment Plans:

After the initial telephone consultation if you choose to proceed a bespoke treatment plan will be developed in your first assessment session. The plan will focus on your goals and develop techniques and strategies to suit your needs and personality.

The ultimate aim of hypnotherapy is to equip you with the skills to gain autonomy over your own mental health, for this reason hypnotherapy is a short term therapy, reinforced with take away audio recordings. Most people need an average of 6 sessions to fell empowered.

The fee for individual bespoke sessions is £70 per hour.

Weight Management Treatment Package:

The weight management treatment package I have developed focuses on eating habits, motivation, attitudes to food, body confidence and self esteem. 

The therapy package consists of  6 weekly sessions. The initial meeting is an assessment to set goals, analyse eating and exercise habits and build the therapeutic relationship.

Fee: £360

Smart Phone Addiction Package:

We find excuses from living life to the full. Going down digital rabbit holes, following curated images and news feed of other people’s life, makes us feel inadequate and creates negative feelings of jealously and envy, after all “Comparison is the thief of happiness.”

In order to embrace opportunities we need to break the smart phone scrolling habit, it becomes a form of procrastination and de-motivation rather than inspiration. If we can break the habit we can then use the time productively to develop positive, forward thinking thoughts, behaviours and habits. 

The therapy package consists of  6 weekly sessions. The initial meeting is  an assessment to set goals, analyse scrolling habits and build the therapeutic relationship.

All sessions are carried out using the video conferencing platform Zoom, allowing you to access the sessions at your convenience and comfort.
